    Subject- Complaint regarding unlawful functioning at LIC office branch 917.
    R/sir,
    It is regrettable to say that the functioning at your office is not proper, it is quite a mess for everyone to come and renew their policies by paying premium, pay premium, and other important things as some of your staff do not cooperate.
    Today, on 31/01/17 around 2:30 p.m, I came at your office regarding revival of my policy; I was having my quotation and my id proof as they were the only requirement of revival of my policy. I waited in the queue, as my number came, the concerned cashier asked me to go and get the signature of Mr. Nilesh from backside of the cash counter.
    I approached Mr. Nilesh for signature but they gave me another form and asked me to fill it, which was not prescribed in the requirement.
    FROM THIS IT IS CLEAR BOTH OF THEM (THE LADY CASHIER AND MR. NILESH) DONE THE SAME FOR HARASSMENT TO THE CUSTOMERS AND TO DECREASE PREMIUM DEPOSITS IN LIC OF INDIA.
    The KYC only said that it would require only an id proof and the quotation but for harassing me Mr. Nilesh asked me to fill a form which was not required.
    Once again I visited the office to ask the name of the concerned cashier, but she denied providing me her name and got angry. And roughly stated that why should I tell you my name. It is basic and well settled law that every public officer has to show his identity by affixing his name plate. BUT IN THIS OFFICE THE MANAGER HAS NOT COMPLETE THE SAME.
    Hence, I request you to see the matter personally and the suspected functioning of the concerned cashier and Mr. Nilesh should be enquired. And necessary action must be taken against both the officers.

    Subject – Complaint regarding no intimation for policy premium.

    R/sir,

    I have purchased 10 policies of me and my family from your company. But it is by adopting poor service tactics that the company is not providing intimation regarding the policy premium to me.

    Hence, I request you to take immediate steps for the betterment of the same.

    I was availaing superannuation cheque at my mailing address evry time , but i am not getting from more than one year, i transferred my superannuation from nashik address to thane but still i am not getting it , pls. suggest me how and from where to take help my mobile number is 7738324893

    Sub: Non-Receipt of Superannuation Pension for the last 2 quarters
    I was getting the Superannuation Pension on quarterly basis, at my State Bank of India, East Hill, Kozhikode, Kerala State. Unfortunately, I am not getting the same for the last 2 quarters.
    Please help me out to get the same. Any action to be taken from my side?
