I have been getting the payment of Rs 1530/- on 1st of every month since last several years towards group insurance disbursal under bulk posting into my SBI Account but on this January 1st and till date it has not been paid. I wish to know why and which is the pertinent branch and authority to approach for redressal of this issue. Since I don’t have the group policy number or the pension particulars(as it is quite old) except the posting details from SBI – i,e ACHCr 5005199, kindly also suggest what details I need to give to the official concerned for looking in to & resolving the matter.
